Membership funds cannot be advanced or applied at the time of checkout if your payment has not yet processed — even if your billing date is just days away. Funds are only available once your scheduled payment has cleared. No exceptions can be made at the clinic.

Membership Policies

How does my monthly fee work?
Your monthly fee ($129 Premiere / $89 Elite) is automatically deducted on your billing date and deposited as credit into your profile. Those funds may be applied toward any service at Ivory Wellness. Both plans require a 6-month minimum commitment.
Can my membership funds be used early or advanced at the clinic?
No. Membership funds cannot be advanced or applied at checkout before your scheduled payment has processed — regardless of how soon your billing date is. If your payment hasn't cleared yet, those funds are not available. No exceptions can be made at the clinic. If funds are temporarily unavailable due to a processing issue, they will be applied to a future service once posted.
What are my member discounts?
Premiere members receive 10% off most services, 15% off skincare and nutraceuticals, $10/unit on Botox/Xeomin/Jeuveau, and a free $30 injection of their choice each month. Elite members receive 10% off most services, 10% off skincare and nutraceuticals, and a free B12 injection each month. Monthly injections do not roll over — they must be used within the membership month. All benefits are unavailable during any suspension or account freeze.
Can I freeze or suspend my membership?
Memberships may be frozen for a maximum of 1 month. There is a $50 non-refundable fee to freeze. During a freeze, your membership balance and all benefits — including discounts — are completely unavailable. If the freeze extends beyond 1 month, your membership is automatically cancelled, all benefits are lost, and you must re-enroll and recommit to a new 6-month minimum to rejoin.
How do I cancel, and what happens to my balance?
Upon cancellation, you have 90 days to use any remaining membership balance. After 90 days, unused funds will expire.
What happens if a payment defaults?
If a payment defaults, your account will be frozen and all membership discounts and benefits are suspended until the account is reinstated. To resume, you must recommit to a new 6-month minimum. If a second default occurs, you will no longer be eligible for membership or its benefits.
Can I upgrade from Elite to Premiere?
Absolutely. Just contact us or ask at your next visit and we'll upgrade your membership with no interruption to your benefits.

Terms & Conditions

Commitment

Both the Premiere and Elite memberships require a 6-month minimum commitment. Payments are automatically deducted monthly. All membership benefits are only applicable while the membership is active and in good standing.

Monthly Injections

The free monthly injection included with each plan (Premiere: $30 injection of choice / Elite: B12 injection) does not roll over. It must be used within the current membership month and cannot be carried forward, banked, or redeemed for cash value.

Cancellation & Balance

Upon cancellation, you have 90 days to use any remaining membership balance. After 90 days, unused funds will expire and are not redeemable for cash. Benefits are not available after the cancellation date.

⚠️ Freezing Your Membership

You may request to freeze your membership for a maximum of 1 month. A $50 non-refundable fee applies. While frozen, you cannot use your membership balance or any membership discounts. If your freeze exceeds 1 month, your membership will be automatically discontinued — you will lose all benefits and must re-enroll with a new 6-month minimum commitment to rejoin.
